Returns & Exchanges

We love our bags and we really want you to love what you have purchased from us. In the event you have second thoughts about your purchase and think the item is not right for you, you can bring the item back to us to exchange for similiar item within 7 working days. Please note that any shipping or delivery costs involved will be borne by you.

If you have received a manufacturing defective item, please send the item back to us within 6 months. We will offer a one-to-one exchange. But do note that as our bags are produced in very small quantities to maintain exclusivity, we may not be able to provide an exchange of the same design.


  • All bag returns must be in good condition and in original packaging. We will not accept return items that are scratched or damaged.
  • Exchange has to be done within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
  • You can exchange for another bag of the same value or higher. If the bag you wish to exchange for is of higher value, you will need to top up the difference. But if you wish to exchange for another bag with a lower value, we are unable to offer any cash refund.
